Terms & Conditions

Limitless App Suite is a software and digital-services brand operated by Gianna's Flower Shop, a Philippine-registered sole proprietorship. These terms govern access to Limitless websites, applications, subscriptions, and related services sold directly by the business.

1. Services and accounts

Features, eligibility, product status, and service availability vary by product. Users are responsible for accurate account information and for safeguarding their credentials.

2. Pricing and payment

Paid products display their applicable price in Philippine Peso (PHP) before checkout. Payments may be processed by an authorized payment service provider such as PayMongo. A successful browser redirect does not by itself constitute final settlement; access may be activated after payment confirmation is received from the payment processor.

3. Subscriptions

Where a product is sold as a recurring subscription, the billing interval and price are shown before purchase. Customers may request cancellation before the next renewal. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not automatically create a refund for an already delivered billing period.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, violate law, infringe third-party rights, or use the platform to facilitate prohibited payment or financial activity.

5. Product changes

Products in preview, alpha, beta, early access, or development may change before general availability. Material changes affecting a paid service will be communicated through the service or customer contact channel where practicable.

6. Liability and service availability

We use reasonable efforts to keep services available and secure, but no internet service is interruption-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Philippine law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
